Open a room and select a line. Its timestamp and still frame help you locate the object, while the transcript lets you search what the customer said.

Correct the inventory
Edit a name, size, cubic feet, weight, note or room. Move its pin when the evidence needs a better location, add a missing item or delete one with undo.
Step 3
Bring in another estimator
Ask a colleague to review the survey through a teammate notification. Keep the question tied to the same survey and source material.
What is included
Searchable transcript beside the video
Each clip has a transcript you can search next to the video, and transcripts are deleted after 7 days.
Video review with numbered pins
A player with numbered pins, a room switcher and the item list sit together, and selecting an item jumps the video to it.
Timestamp and still for every line
Each line item keeps the moment it appears and a still frame, and you can place or move its pin on the clip.
Edit, add and delete line items
Change the name, size, cubic feet, weight, notes or room, and flag an item fragile, heavy, crate, disassemble or two-person. Add an item, or delete one with undo.
Ask a colleague to review
Send a teammate a notification asking them to look at a survey.
What to keep in mind
Pins and still frames help navigate the footage; they do not certify the AI's interpretation. Transcripts are deleted after seven days, and video follows your company's retention settings.
Can I change where an item's pin appears?
Yes. Your estimator can place or move its pin on the clip and edit the inventory line. The video remains the source to check when the draft is uncertain.
