How it works in practice

What to keep in mind
A recording only shows what the customer captures. Ask them to include cupboards, garages and access details that matter to the move, then follow up on anything unclear. This is an asynchronous survey, not a live video call.
Does the customer need to install anything?
No. The survey opens in the phone browser without a customer account or app. Camera and microphone permission are needed to record video and narration.
