Who counts as a seat?
Anyone in your office who works on surveys, quotes, settings or your team: estimators, sales, managers and owners. Crew users who only see the jobs they are assigned are free, however many you add.
What happens when we use up our surveys?
Each seat adds 5, 15 or 30 surveys a month to a pool the whole company shares, depending on the plan. Past the pool, each extra survey is billed at your plan’s price, from $3 to $5. Your customer is never stopped from sending a survey. The pool resets every month, and unused surveys do not roll over.
How does the free trial work?
Trial terms depend on the plan: 14 days free. Where offered, you add a card to start and the trial includes your plan’s survey pool. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
How long are videos kept?
Video retention starts at 30 days. Your plan sets the maximum period you can choose. Change the company setting or set a period for one job. Upgrading unlocks a longer period without changing your saved setting. Downgrading keeps existing retention schedules until you explicitly save a new period. Inventory and quotes remain after videos expire.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. We do not refund part of a month or a year.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes, by 5%. A yearly plan is paid upfront for the year.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month or year to year, and you can cancel any time.
