Cube sheet inventory from your customer’s video
Every item your customer films is matched to a standard cube sheet, so you get cubic feet, not just a list of names.
What a cube sheet is
A cube sheet is the list movers use to size a move. Each common household item has a volume in cubic feet: a sofa, a queen bed, a dresser, a medium box.
On an in-home survey, the estimator counts everything room by room and adds it up. The total decides the truck and the crew. The longer version is in what a cube sheet is and how movers size a move.
Why a list of names isn’t enough
“Sofa, table, four chairs” still leaves your estimator sizing every line. A loveseat and a sectional are both sofas, and they take up very different space on a truck.
Without cubic feet there’s nothing to plan with, and a bad guess shows up on move day as a truck that’s too small or a bill that grows.
How MoveVision sizes a walkthrough
Your customer opens a link with your company’s name and logo and films one room at a time. MoveVision counts what it sees and matches each item to a standard cube sheet, room by room.
If the customer says the piano is staying or the mirror is fragile, that’s attached to the item. Each line links to where the item appears in the video, so you can check a size without rewatching everything.

Your estimator makes the call
The draft is a starting point. Your estimator checks every line and fixes anything that’s off: a different size, something the video missed, a piece the customer is keeping. The quote comes from the checked inventory, which is what makes a virtual moving estimate hold up.
