Start with an inventory draft, then check the evidence

MoveVision drafts moving inventory from room videos and customer narration, matches items to a cube table and flags uncertainty for human review.

A name, a count, a suggested size. The next useful step is the estimator's review.

A starting point for your estimator

MoveVision uses each room's whole clip to propose an item list. Spoken corrections help describe count, size and whether an item is staying. The result is a draft your team can inspect, rather than a volume total that hides how it was reached.

How it works in practice

  1. Step 1

    Read the room and narration

The draft uses what appears in the clip and what the customer says. A spoken count, size or staying instruction gives the estimator context beyond the picture.

  2. Step 2

    Match to the cube table

Recognized items are matched to the built-in cube table. An item that falls outside the table remains a row for your estimator to size, rather than disappearing from the list.

  3. Step 3

    Review the exceptions

Uncertain items are flagged for a person. Open the source footage, compare the proposed rows and adjust them before using the inventory for a quote.

What is included

  • Inventory drafted from each room’s clip

MoveVision drafts the item list from each room’s whole clip, so your estimator starts from a list instead of a blank page.

  • Spoken corrections applied

When your customer says an item is staying, gives a size or count, or names something the video missed, the draft follows the transcript.

  • Unsure items flagged for a person

Items the model is unsure about are flagged for a person to answer. Items outside the cube table stay as rows for your estimator to size.

What to keep in mind

AI can miss items, misidentify them or propose the wrong count. Cube-table values are estimating references, not a physical measurement of each object. Your estimator checks and can override the result.

Does the AI produce the final moving quote?

No. It proposes the inventory. Your estimator reviews the items, their sizes and the customer's instructions, then builds and checks the quote.
