Ask the person who knows the room

Try the customer's review using an uncertain item from the recorded demo room. A clear answer helps the estimator check the draft.

Customers explain what it is, how many there are and whether it moves. Your estimator handles cube-sheet sizing.

Dining chair

Is this a dining chair?

We were not sure about this one.

Your answer here changes this demo only.

The customer knows what belongs on the truck

The video shows the room, but it does not explain every intention. A bookcase may be staying with the house, or a dresser may belong to someone else. Customer review adds those decisions to the draft before your estimator checks the final inventory.

How it works in practice

  1. Step 1

    Check each room's draft

After recording, the customer reviews the proposed items. They can confirm an item, change its count, mark it moving or staying, and add something the recording missed.

  2. Step 2

    Resolve the open questions

Room-by-room follow-up questions collect missing context. If an object was probably counted twice, the customer answers a focused question about it.

  3. Step 3

Send the explanation with the survey

A note for the whole survey gives the customer room to explain anything that does not belong to a single item. Your estimator reviews the answers with the evidence.

What is included

  • Customer can check the drafted items

Your customer can confirm items, set moving or staying, edit counts, and add a missed item or a note. If an object was probably counted twice, they answer one question about it.

  • Follow-up questions and a survey note

Your customer answers follow-up questions room by room and can leave one note for the whole survey.

What to keep in mind

Customer confirmation is useful context, not a final estimate or a guarantee that the inventory is complete. Your estimator remains responsible for checking the list and asking for clarification.

Can a customer add something the AI missed?

Yes. Customers can add a missed item or a note and edit counts during their review. The estimator can make further corrections in the review workspace.
