MoveVision vs HomeSurvey.ai
Both ask the customer to record a walkthrough on their phone and draft a cube sheet from it. Here is how they compare, from each company’s public pages.

At a glance
MoveVision
MoveVision is video survey software for moving companies. Your customer opens your branded link on their phone, films each room and says what is moving and what is staying. MoveVision drafts the inventory in cubic feet, and your estimator checks it and builds the quote.
Vendors, HomeSurvey.ai included, publish accuracy figures measured against different baselines, so this page leaves accuracy out.
HomeSurvey.ai
HomeSurvey.ai describes itself as AI virtual moving survey software for residential, commercial and military moves. It is made by Movegistics, which calls it a HelixIQ product, and it is included in every Movegistics plan or available on its own for companies that use another CRM. Customers record a 5-minute phone walkthrough in a browser with no app, from a link sent by text, and the company’s name and branding carry through.
Where MoveVision is different
Every line is tied to its moment
Selecting an item in the review player jumps the video to where it appears, and a still frame is saved on the line. A doubtful item takes one click to check.
Unsure items are flagged for a person
The model flags the items it is unsure about for a person to answer, items outside the cube table stay as rows for your estimator to size, and your estimator checks every line against the video.
Your customer can check their own list
Your customer can confirm each drafted item, set it to moving or staying, correct its count, answer follow-up questions room by room and leave a note for the whole survey.
A quote builder in the same place
Your estimator picks a truck, sets crew and hours (computed, and open to override), adds miles, floors, elevator and custom charges, then downloads a PDF or prints a branded estimate.
You decide how long video is kept
Video stays on file for 30 days from upload by default. Choose from 14 days up to your plan allowance, at most 365 days, or a different period for one survey. You can also delete a whole survey and everything it owns.
